1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Talk to You Later, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the TradeStack mobile application (“TradeStack” or the “App”).

Because TradeStack includes a marketplace where collectors interact with one another, some information is stored on our servers and some is visible to other users.

2. Information you provide

Account information such as your display name, email address, and password credentials handled by our authentication provider.

Collection information such as card photos, sets, years, card numbers, condition notes, grading details, and whether a card is available for sale or trade.

Marketplace information such as listings, offers, trade packages, and messages you send to other collectors.

Support correspondence you send to us, including any attachments.

3. Camera, photos, and scans

Scanning cards, binder pages, and pack openings uses your device camera or photo library with your permission. Images you save to your binder or a listing are stored with your collection.

Images may be processed to identify likely card matches and to estimate values.

4. Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and general usage events to keep the App working reliably.

5. How we use information

To operate your binder, identify cards, estimate values, and power search and sorting.

To run the marketplace, including displaying listings and enabling offers and trades between collectors.

To provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

To manage memberships and, in the free tier, to display advertising.

6. What other collectors can see

Cards you list for sale or trade, along with the photos and details attached to those listings and your display name, are visible to other users.

Cards kept private in your binder are not shown in the marketplace. Please avoid including personal information in card photos or listing text.

7. Service providers

We use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, card and market data, and advertising in the free tier. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

8. Selling of personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your collection data with advertisers for cross-app tracking.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain account and collection information while your account is active. You may delete individual cards and listings at any time.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us from the address on your account. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children's privacy

TradeStack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Your choices and rights

You may access and correct your collection information in the App, adjust camera and notification permissions in device settings, and request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

13. Estimates disclaimer

Card identification, condition suggestions, and market values are estimates and are provided for convenience only. Verify details and recent comparable sales before buying, selling, or trading.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
