This Privacy Policy explains how Talk to You Later, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Pocketed mobile application (“Pocketed” or the “App”).
This policy applies specifically to Pocketed. It does not describe the practices of other applications or services offered by Talk to You Later, LLC.
1. The current version of Pocketed
Pocketed helps users record purchases they chose not to make, view hypothetical saving progress, set optional goals, and reconsider potential purchases using a cooling-off period.
The current version of Pocketed:

- — Does not transfer or hold money
- — Does not require you to create an account
- — Does not display advertising
- — Does not sell personal information
- — Does not contain third-party behavioral tracking
- — Does not intentionally transmit your Pocketed entries to us
2. Information stored on your device
Information you enter into Pocketed may include:
- — Descriptions of purchases you skipped
- — Custom shortcut names
- — Hypothetical saving amounts
- — Categories
- — Saving goals
- — Pause or cooling-off entries
- — Review-frequency preferences
- — App settings and color-theme preferences
- — Progress, streak, and milestone information
3. Money and financial information
Pocketed does not request bank credentials, payment-card information, or access to financial accounts.
Amounts recorded in Pocketed represent purchases you report having skipped. They are estimates used to show habit-building progress. Recording an amount does not transfer, reserve, or verify money.
4. Support communications
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as:

5. App Store and device-provider information
Apple may independently process information related to downloading, purchasing, updating, operating, or diagnosing applications. That processing is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
If you have enabled device-level diagnostic sharing, your device or platform provider may receive diagnostic information according to your device settings. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in Pocketed.
6. How we use information
We may use information you send directly to us to:

8. Data retention and deletion
Pocketed information stored locally remains on your device until you remove entries, reset applicable data within the App, or uninstall the App, subject to any device backups you control.
To delete a particular Pocketed record, use the removal controls provided in the App. To remove locally stored Pocketed data more broadly, uninstall the App and manage any related device backups through your device settings.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of support information by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Data security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information submitted directly to us. However, no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for choosing appropriate device security and backup settings.
10. Children's privacy
Pocketed is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. International users
If you contact us from outside the United States, the information in your support communication may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Pocketed's features or data practices change. We will update the effective date on this page when changes are published.
If a future version introduces accounts, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, cloud storage, bank connections, or money transfers, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before or when those practices begin.
